Award-winning enterprise content management provider KeyMark, Inc. announced today its second purchase of 2015 with the purchase of information management provider IMR. Headquartered in Camp Hill, Penn., IMR designs, implements, and supports technology solutions from single applications to enterprise-wide systems and is a reseller of DocuWare and OnBase by Hyland.
“IMR has had an outstanding reputation within the industry for more than 30 years,” said Jim Wanner, CEO at KeyMark. “Bringing IMR onto the KeyMark team is an excellent fit and will allow us to leverage our shared expertise in document management and automation and provide an unmatched customer experience.”
IMR’s 64 employees will be integrated into KeyMark’s organization. The purchase establishes an even stronger presence for KeyMark in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions, adding offices in Camp Hill, Penn., and Pittsburgh, Penn., as well as a business process outsourcing center in Hazleton, Penn.
“After 30 years of service to our customers, I am pleased to be able to bring together these two customer-oriented organizations,” said Bob Chamberlain, President of IMR. “This enhances KeyMark’s resources and will allow all of our customers to be better served and supported.”
“For more than a decade, KeyMark has been a partner of Hyland, creator of OnBase, and we are extremely excited and proud to see KeyMark’s continued success,” said Ed McQuiston, VP of Global Sales, Hyland. “This purchase broadens KeyMark’s already significant presence throughout the northeast and enhances their strong vertical experience in markets such as healthcare and government. KeyMark’s Platinum Partner reseller status and long history of outstanding service and support, coupled with this purchase, positions Hyland’s partnership with KeyMark for what we hope is continued growth and success for years to come.”
Two weeks ago, KeyMark announced the purchase of New Jersey-based systems integrator Document Conversion Associates (DCA).
“This is an exciting time for our customers and team members,” said Wanner. “As KeyMark continues its momentum, I believe that we are in a stronger position to help customers, expand our range of offerings, and grow as a diverse leader in the enterprise content management industry.”
Financial terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
