KeyMark, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions, announced today that Highland, UT-based Grabber Construction Products, Inc. (Grabber), an international distributor and manufacturer of quality construction products built for construction professionals, has selected KeyMark to implement an accounts payable automation solution that includes Hyland’s OnBase software, Fujitsu scanners and KeyMark’s business process outsourcing services.
KeyMark’s solution will enable Grabber to automate data extraction and workflow routing for invoice documents, giving them enhanced accuracy and faster processing times within accounts payable. The software-as-a-service based solution provides Grabber a variety of cost savings including freeing up staff for higher value activities and removing the in-house burdens and expenses of infrastructure and security.
“As Grabber continues to streamline processes, we needed a solution that could provide excellent automation,” said Levi Taylor, Controller at Grabber. “After a thorough review, we decided that OnBase was the best software solution for us and KeyMark was the ideal implementation partner due to their deep experience within accounts payable departments.”
KeyMark has been a leading provider of OnBase software since 1999. In addition to OnBase, KeyMark’s business process outsourcing solution will provide optical character recognition (OCR) technology to assist Grabber with automating high-volume invoice data extraction and validation. This will allow them to process more invoices with less personnel, so resources can be re-focused on other, higher value activities.
