KeyMark, a local software company specialized in enterprise content management, has been honored with a Business Black Box Best Place to Work award. The Best Place to Work award, one of seven awards made through the annual Business Black Box Awards, is given to a company who has created a culture that employees and customers love and thrive in.
“Work is hard,” said Jordana Megonigal, publisher of Business Black Box. “It’s more and more important for workplaces to address the needs of their customers and their employees in innovative and interactive ways. For a company like KeyMark, who has had such growth in the past few years, these efforts show in retention and hiring and are a great example for other companies to follow.”
KeyMark is represented by Cameron Boland, vice president of operations for KeyMark, in the magazine. All award winners can be seen in the Q1 2015 issue.
“The Best Place to Work award speaks volumes about our workplace culture and the quality of our organization,” said Jim Wanner, CEO at KeyMark. “Our goal of happy employees providing exceptional service is what drives our success, and ‘working hard, have fun’ is part of our community spirit. I believe that our employee-oriented culture is the reason behind our low employee turnover and high customer satisfaction rankings. I’m proud of the great team we’ve assembled; our employees truly deserve this recognition.
