Greenville Nonprofit Names KeyMark Best In-Kind Business Friend
KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation provider and value-added reseller, was recognized as the Best In-Kind Business Friend of 2021 by Friends of the Reedy River (FoRR), a nonprofit volunteer-run conservation organization, for the donation of in-kind services and support amounting to a total value of over $12,000. FoRR announced the award during their 2021 annual update meeting on Nov. 2.
KeyMark’s Charitable Council coordinated with FoRR over the span of two weeks to provide 25-hours of free consultation and coding support in addition to a year’s worth of hosting services. Utilizing KeyMark’s proprietary Forms InMotion software, the company’s team of automation engineers entirely digitized FoRR’s legal forms required for all volunteers to participate in frequent Reedy River clean-up events.
The newly digitized forms have enabled FoRR volunteers to complete event registration online, eliminating the need for thousands of paper documents and countless hours of manual document management. Now hosted online, volunteer forms can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and as efficiently as possible.
“From an administrative logistical standpoint, making sure that hundreds of volunteers completed the appropriate waiver forms – two for each person, depending on whether they reside in the City or the County – consumed an inordinate amount of our volunteer board members’ time in planning and carrying out FoRR’s spring and fall clean-ups.” FoRR’s President of the Board Scott Butler said. “While KeyMark can put a value on this in-kind donation, for us, having these forms digitized for online completion is invaluable.”
