KeyMark Names Leah Rice as Support Manager
KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation provider and value-added reseller, promotes Leah Rice to Support Manager. Vice President of Operations Cameron Boland made the announcement.

As Support Manager, Rice will be responsible for the day-to-day management and mentoring of KeyMark’s support team for all ECM products. Rice will also continue to work hands-on with customer support and will provide senior-level input on support cases as required.
Rice joined KeyMark in 2013, where she has worked the past decade in customer support as a Support Engineer, and later as Support Supervisor. Rice was nominated to be the first recipient of KeyMark’s People’s Choice Award, emphasizing a critical and positive impact on KeyMark.
