South Carolina Government Departments Adopt OnBase to Improve Content Management
Four government agencies instituted OnBase benefiting from investments made by the South Carolina Department of Administration.

The state of South Carolina has made significant technological strides due to investments made by the South Carolina Department of Administration to host OnBase as a shared service through the Department’s Division of Technology and Operations (DTO) branch. Thanks to their investments and support through their partnership with KeyMark, the DTO has successfully provided OnBase as a service to the benefit of other government agencies, reducing IT costs and increasing technical capabilities of agencies across the state.
Within the last eight months, KeyMark has helped four new government agencies adopt OnBase to enhance operations — several of which obtained access through the DTO’s shared license. New agencies operating OnBase include:
- SC Department of Children’s Advocacy
- SC Department of Education
- SC Vocational Rehabilitation Department
- SC Educational Television
