KeyMark Receives High Ranks Among South Carolina’s Top Workplaces Awards
KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation provider and value-added reseller, ranked sixth in South Carolina’s Top Workplaces for small businesses and was named Best in Communication. Energage CEO Eric Rubino made the announcement at the 2023 Top Workplaces award ceremony at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Rubino. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.
Top Workplace awards are based on employee feedback gathered by a third-party survey. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, connection, and communication. This year, 70 companies qualified in the small business category. In addition to ranking sixth out of those 70 businesses, KeyMark won first in communication out of all 103 participating businesses, with employees responding the most positively to the prompt:
“I feel well-informed about important decisions at this company.”
KeyMark’s vice president of human resources, Stephen Middleton, received the awards on behalf of KeyMark.
“What do our customers and our employees say about us? How we answer that question becomes a critical gauge for our success as a people-first company culture,” Middleton said. “As such, we are beyond excited and humbled by the results from this year’s survey. Knowing our employees think highly enough of KeyMark to have said such positive things — ranking us in the top ten workplaces and first in communication overall — means more to us than you could imagine.”
