KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation provider and value-added reseller, received the 2023 Bronze level Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation™ for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the health and vitality of its employees through a workplace well-being program.
In 2023, KeyMark focused on overall employee wellness, characterized by three major pillars of financial health, mental health, and physical health.
“Starting from the ground up, it was an exciting challenge to work through with our employees and figure out what our primary focuses should be in 2023,” Sales Coordinator Debra Wilson said. “A large part of requests were for physical health opportunities. We hosted a few friendly competitions for our employees, including a water challenge, and a fitness challenge. Being a bit more of a hybrid office, it became a great way to keep up with the people we may not talk to or see all that often. The participation, and excitement of our employees was amazing!”
In addition to challenges, KeyMark implemented strategies to provide employees with a host of resources and information on tools available to benefit their mental, financial, and physical health.
“We really wanted to provide our employees with knowledge of what’s available to them, and supported the effort with weekly communications and monthly lunch and learns,” Wilson said. “In 2024, we look forward to providing our employees with additional benefits, information and challenges to ensure we keep our employee wellness as a top priority.”
